About the role
We are building the Enterprise Intelligence Operating System, an AI that reasons across an entire organization's data, people, and processes. As an AI Research Scientist, you will define how our agents reason, plan, and collaborate at enterprise scale, and turn frontier research into systems that thousands of enterprises rely on.
What you'll do
Design and run research on multi-agent reasoning, planning, and coordination.
Advance knowledge-grounded reasoning over large enterprise knowledge graphs.
Prototype novel agent architectures and partner with engineering to productionize them.
Define evaluation frameworks for reasoning quality, safety, and reliability.
Represent AnatomicAI in the research community and mentor fellow researchers.
What we're looking for
PhD or equivalent industry experience in ML, NLP, or a related field.
Deep expertise in LLMs, reasoning, or multi-agent systems.
Strong Python and modern ML tooling (PyTorch or similar).
A track record of research translated into real, shipped products.
Nice to have
Experience with knowledge graphs or retrieval-augmented generation.
Publications at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
Applied or enterprise-research background.
