About the role
The Enterprise Knowledge Graph is how AnatomicAI understands an organization, its people, projects, documents, processes, and events, all connected. You will design the models and pipelines that build and serve this graph at the scale of billions of entities and relationships.
What you'll do
Model entities and relationships spanning the whole enterprise.
Build ingestion and entity-resolution pipelines across many source systems.
Optimize graph queries and storage at billions of edges.
Expose the graph to the reasoning layer with fast, reliable APIs.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across the graph.
What we're looking for
5+ years in data or backend engineering.
Experience with graph databases (Neo4j or similar) or large-scale data modeling.
Strong SQL plus one of Python, Java, or Scala.
Experience building production data pipelines.
Nice to have
Knowledge representation, RDF, or ontologies.
Vector search and embeddings.
Entity resolution at scale.
